Utlysning av doktorandtjänst

[2010-02-11] 1 PhD POSITION AT THE NORWEGIAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, FACULTY OF HUMANITIES The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Humanities, invites applications for 1 PhD-scholarship. The position is for a period of three years. The scholarship is affiliated with the RCN-sponsored project ¿The realm of Norway and its dependencies as a political system¿, which is a transnational project with participants from Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom and Germany. The aim of the project is to study consequences of Norwegian state-building in the tributary Norse provinces and the relationship between the Realm of Norway and its western, northern, and eastern periphery c.1260¿c.1380. Applicants are welcome to define a project of their own within this frame, and are required to present a project plan.
